Functionality of rented devices and damage to the apartment or furnishings

It can happen that something doesn't work or something breaks in your apartment. In this case, we will of course endeavor to find a solution as quickly as possible. We or our employees can solve many problems ourselves, so you never really have to wait long. However, depending on the problem, it may be necessary to call a specialist and depending on their availability, this may be the case Rectifying the defect or damage will then take more time.  

So that everything can be done quickly and easily, please note the following points:

  • Self-employed, but with brains: You rented your own apartment and the problem is often not as serious as it might seem at first glance. So before you report a defect or damage, please try to get to the bottom of the cause yourself. If an unfamiliar light comes on in the dishwasher, the instructions for use may help in just a few minutes. Or is the water in the shower not draining again? It's worth checking the strainer, as hair tends to get caught in it and clog the drain. You'll have done this in less time than it took to fill out our form.

  • But be careful: Please do not try to repair something by force and refrain from overly creative solutions. If you can't find a solution yourself using simple means, simply report the defect or damage using the form below and we'll take care of it. 

  • In any case, let us know as soon as possible after you become aware of the defect/damage. If you wait too long even though the damage is already known, the situation can get worse and, in the worst case, irreparable damage can occur.Danger: The serious damage often occurs in the background! So report any “small” defects and damage to us immediately!

  3. We will get back to you with an update. If an appointment with a technician/specialist is necessary, we will inform you about the next steps by email.
