In the apartments at the Students City Lodge Leoben we offer you the freedom you need. Although you can move into your apartment without any additional effort since all rooms are already furnished ready to move in, you can exchange certain furniture and other items for your own if you wish. It is also possible to install additional items in your room or apartment.

To ensure that everything works smoothly, please note the following points without exception:

• The exchange ofexisting facilities in the common areas In order to ensure a pleasant coexistence, this must be discussed with the roommates in advance.

• AtWall mounting When installing furnishings or decorative items, the landlord must be informed in advance about the planned measures so that no hidden cables are damaged during installation.

• If existing furnishings are exchanged for your own, this is the caseDismantling like that tooReconstruction of the existing facility after moving out it is the responsibility of the tenant. This means: You will receive a fully furnished room from us and, when you move out, you must hand it back to us in the same condition in which you took it over.

• In the meantime, we offer you the option of onefree interim storage of the unneeded items. So that we can store the equipment that is not needed safely and in an allocable manner, the tenant must pack it in foil and label it accordingly. This is the only way to ensure that the items remain clean, can be clearly assigned to you in the warehouse and that you will not have any problems rebuilding them before you move out.

• Do you want to save yourself work and also not take the risk of accidental damage to the facility?Our employees will be happy to carry out dismantling and reconstruction or various assembly work for you. Billing is based on time spent. The hourly rate is € 24.
